My Philosophy
My philosophy, approach, and everything I offer, I have personally used because there was a time in my life when I desperately needed something that traditional medicine could not provide.
I know from lived experience what becomes possible when the whole person is treated - rather than simply symptoms - and it is far greater than you have been led to believe.
The nervous system, the subconscious, and the physical body are not separate, they are one continuous whole — and within that whole lives an intelligence far greater than any diagnosis, any label, or any treatment protocol.
I know this because I was diagnosed with multiple immune system disorders, registered disabled, and told by medical professionals that my condition was permanent and recovery impossible. But I knew from studying human psychology, physiology, and the relationship between the nervous system and our overall health, that my body was not failing, it was communicating.
So I listened, and using the same modalities I now use with my clients — auricular acupuncture, clinical hypnotherapy, and bioenergetic medicine — I treated myself as one integrated system, rather than a collection of failing parts. I didn't just treat the physical presentation, I also addressed the patterns I had been holding, the emotions I had been carrying, and the environments my nervous system had been trying to protect me from for years.
Despite the bleak medical prognosis, I made a full recovery, but my recovery wasn't just physical. My recovery took place on a number of different levels—I needed to release what I had been holding, and reconnecting with a version of myself that existed before I had begun to survive on autopilot.
The approach I use with all my clients creates the exact conditions not only to provide relief from symptoms, but also to restore energy and life force, and restore you to who you are at your core. Clients have described it as the light returning, and an experience of something lifting as they deeply reconnect to themselves.
I am not here to suppress what your body is trying to tell you. I am here to help it remember what it already knows how to do.
