I'm Victoria Baverstock, a psychologist and independent organisational auditor who helps individuals and organisations see what's actually happening beneath the metrics, beyond the surface narratives, and beneath the stories we've been telling ourselves.

For over 30 years, I've worked at the intersection of psychological science, spirituality and personal transformation, supporting individuals through intensive psychological work in areas such as burnout, autistic wellbeing, and mid-life transitions, as well as working with organisations in areas such as independent audits, leadership and inclusive workplace transformation—with absolutely no upselling agenda!

My work is grounded in the understanding that individuals and organisations are deeply interconnected. The same psychological patterns that shape a person’s wellbeing, identity and behaviour often echo within teams, leadership dynamics and organisational culture.
I specialise in recognising these patterns and helping individuals and organisations understand the deeper issues that drive misalignment, burnout, conflict or the sense that something is not quite right.

With individuals, my approach is centred on depth, clarity and honesty. This is not surface-level coaching, or traditional therapy, it is a reflective, evidence-based process that brings real insight into how you think, relate, and work. We also look at how your environment is influencing your wellbeing and sense of self.

With organisations, I offer the same level of depth on a systemic scale. My organisational work focuses on understanding the lived reality of culture, leadership behaviour and systems that either support or detract from wellbeing.
As an Independent Organisational Auditor, unlike most other auditors in the global market, I audit without agenda. I provide an unbiased psychological evaluation of what is happening beneath the surface of the organisation.
This neutrality combined with a deep understanding of human behaviour, mental health and neurodiversity allows me to reveal the truths organisations often struggle to see from within, and to offer clear, evidence-based recommendations that support meaningful change.
