Integrative clinical practice
For the nervous system, body, and subconscious mind
The people I work with are highly capable, deeply self-aware, and carrying far more than they were ever meant to.
For years their nervous system has learned to hold stress, responsibility, and constant demand in a way that feels normal. But functioning is not the same as feeling fully alive.

Whatever you're carrying — physically, mentally, or simply a quiet, persistent sense that something isn't right — my approach works at three levels simultaneously: regulating the nervous system, recalibrating the subconscious, and restoring the body at a cellular level.
When clients leave my practice, they don't just feel better. The light comes back. They remember who they are, and discover they are capable of far more than they ever realised.
Victoria Baverstock, MSc
Thirty years of clinical practice has taught me with absolute certainty, that the body's capacity to restore itself goes far deeper than most people realise. So when I was diagnosed with multiple immune system disorders, registered disabled and told that recovery wasn't possible, I had something most people in that position don't — a deep clinical understanding of exactly what my body was doing, and precisely what it needed. That experience didn't change what I do. It confirmed it.
I use the same approach with my clients that led to my complete recovery. Auricular acupuncture, clinical hypnotherapy, and bioenergetic medicine, working with the nervous system, the subconscious, and the body as one integrated whole — because that is what they are.
What I witness in my clients is not just symptomatic relief or a return to baseline. It is something more complete, a moment when the weight of what has been carried finally lifts, the light returns to someone's eyes, and they reconnect with not just how they used to feel, but who they actually are.
There is no template, no protocol, and no generic programme. What you will receive is clinical expertise developed over thousands of client hours that is precise, intuitive, and consistently delivers results that go deeper and last longer than most approaches you will have experienced.
One Integrated Approach
Each of the three clinical pathways follows the same foundational principle — that lasting results require working with the nervous system, the subconscious, and the body simultaneously, not in isolation.
These are not standalone treatments selected from a menu, they are a cohesive clinical framework, each pathway chosen and refined over decades of practice for the depth and consistency of the results they deliver together.
The face reflects far more than time. It reflects how well we are regulated, how our systems are functioning, how we are adapting to stress, and what is going on beneath the surface.

Rather than treating ageing as something to be corrected or concealed, Regenerative Facial Acupuncture works with the physiological processes that shape how the face changes over time, addressing the nervous system, circulation, tissue integrity, and cellular function simultaneously.

This is not a cosmetic intervention. It is an integrated clinical treatment that visibly improves facial structure, tone, and vitality — not by masking what is happening beneath the surface, but by changing it. The face becomes softer, more defined, and naturally more lifted — because the system driving its appearance has been genuinely restored.

Widely recognised as a natural alternative to cosmetic procedures, this is a whole-system approach to facial renewal — working with the body's own regenerative intelligence rather than against the natural ageing process.

The ear is one of the most neurologically significant structures in the body. Through its direct connection to the vagus nerve — the primary channel of the autonomic nervous system — auricular acupuncture reaches a level of nervous system regulation that most clinical approaches, including full body acupuncture, do not fully access.

This is a highly targeted, evidence-based intervention with a clinical track record spanning chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, anxiety, depression, and insomnia. It is used within NHS settings and GP clinics, and meets the same standards of professional accountability as any regulated healthcare practice.
In my integrated approach, auricular acupuncture forms the essential first stage of every session — creating the physiological conditions of safety and regulation from which the deeper work of hypnotherapy and bioenergetic medicine can then proceed.

For those who prefer to work without needles, Clinical Responsive Hypnotherapy is equally powerful as a standalone pathway — and can achieve profound results independently.

Most therapeutic approaches work at the level of the conscious mind — exploring, understanding, reframing. These have genuine value. But the patterns that shape how we feel, how we respond, and how we experience our lives are not primarily held in conscious awareness. They live deeper in the subconscious mind that governs everything.
Clinical Responsive Hypnotherapy works by bypassing the conscious mind entirely, accessing the subconscious — or what I would refer to as the 'higher mind' directly. At that level, the capacity for change is extraordinary. Pain can be bypassed. Deeply held patterns can be rewired. Life circumstances that have felt fixed can shift in ways that years of talking about them never achieved.

This is not therapy that requires you to sit and analyse your history or discuss your issues at length. It cuts directly to the core — reaching the real source of what has been driving your experience, and changing it at the level where it actually lives.
The results are not gradual or incremental. They are often immediate, profound, and felt at a depth that surprises even those who have tried many things before.
